Walterdale Theatre has its own photocopier and the Administrator looks after supplies and maintenance.

Each show is given its own account code so that any copies made can be charged to that show.  The code will be given to the Production Manager along with the PM binder, and only the Production Manager and Stage Manager can use the photocopier.

Instructions for Use:

1. Press ‘input’ on the screen (2)
2. Enter your code either using the keyboard on the screen (2) or the keypad (16)
3. Press ‘OK’ on the screen (2)
4. Press the ‘Access’ key (3)
5. You are now ready to make black & white copies
6. If you need to make colour copies/prints for use in the show, please contact the Administrator
