Walterdale Theatre Associates is committed to ensuring everyone has the best opportunity to enjoy our productions. Should you be unable to use your tickets for the performance for which they were purchased, please note the following policies:

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, please contact Walterdale Theatre directly at 780-439-3058. Do not contact Tix-on-the-Square.

Exchanges

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required in order to exchange tickets for a different performance. If you have the tickets already, you will need to take the original tickets to Tix-on-the-Square and exchange them for another performance. If the tickets are being held at the door, you may change the date by contacting Tix-on-the-Square via telephone. If you have any challenges with this process, please contact Walterdale Theatre directly at 780-439-3058.

Refunds

Walterdale Theatre Associates is unable to offer refunds, but if extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending your scheduled performance (or any other performance of the production), please contact Walterdale Theatre directly at 780-439-3058 and we will do our best to ensure you are able to use your tickets for a future production. Do not contact Tix-on-the-Square.
