Each show will be assigned a door code by the Building Director; given to the Production Manager.  The Building Director will also give the lockbox code to the Production Manager.  The Production Manager will distribute the codes, as required, to the authorized members of the production team.

These codes are to be given only to the following:  Director, Stage Manager, Designers (Sound, Lighting, Props, Set, Costume), Master Builder and the Production Manager.

For security reasons, these codes are not to be given to anyone else; including actors. The Director(s) of Production must approve any exceptions to this rule.
