The Technical Clean happens the weekend prior to the show previews.  It should be scheduled at the first production meeting after auditions at a date and time agreed upon by the production team.

All members of cast and crew are expected to be a part of the Technical Clean; the Production Manager must approve any exceptions.  The Production Manager will post a cleaning list, located here.

Each member of the cast and crew will sign up for a duty.  Once production members have completed a duty, they will continue to aide in other areas of the Technical Clean until all duties are complete.  The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that all of the cleaning is done.

After the Technical Clean is over, all production members present get to enjoy a meal paid for by Walterdale.  Walterdale has a budget specifically intended for the cost of this meal.   The Production Manager is responsible for co-ordinating the purchase and delivery of the meal.
